RETURNS POLICY
- Returns are for damaged goods only. Change of mind and incorrect size choice will not be accepted
- To return any damaged item, please contact us by email info@artistlane.com.au within 24 hours of delivery
- All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt
- Please allow 1-3 weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete
- Artist Lane is not responsible for any damage after delivery

Steps to take in the unfortunate event that you’re not satisfied.
- When you receive your artwork and you’re not satisfied, please email us at info@artistlane.com.au within 24 hours and we will organise an artist courier to pick up the artwork and return it to it’s original location
- Unfortunately as there are costs involved in transporting such valuable cargo, the cost of transport will be deducted from your refund
- The refund of the artwork could take up to 7 working days to be transferred into your account
