All Artist Lane items are made to order; therefore, it is not possible to return your artwork or ask for a refund.
We will ONLY accept returns if your artwork arrives damaged due to delivery or if not the same as ordered from the website. Change of mind and incorrect size choice will not be eligible for a refund.
You can return your damaged item by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To facilitate our work, please provide your order confirmation or receipt as well as photographs of the damaged good and packaging along with your request. Faulty items will be fixed or replaced.
Please allow 1-3 weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. We will contact you with your new tracking information once the new order is on its way.
- Refund can take up to 7 working days to be transferred into your account.
- Artist Lane is NOT responsible for any damage after delivery.
- Items from the sale page are not eligible for a refund or exchange (https://www.artistlane.com.au/sale/).
- If your parcel arrives with signs of damage please reject the delivery, this will be returned to us and we will replace it as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: Viewing artwork online may not always give you a true representation of the artwork itself. Depending on the user’s device, the artwork brightness can vary. However, every artwork is colour corrected to match the original piece.
