Steps to take in the unfortunate event that you’re not satisfied.

  • When you receive your artwork and you’re not satisfied, please email us at within 24 hours and we will organise an artist courier to pick up the artwork and return it to it’s original location
  • Unfortunately as there are costs involved in transporting such valuable cargo, the cost of transport will be deducted from your refund
  • The refund of the artwork could take up to 7 working days to be transferred into your account
