SHIPPING INFORMATION

All our products are made to order in Brunswick VIC, Australia.

We offer competitive domestic shipping rates, as well as international shipping to New Zealand, The United States, Canada, The United Kingdom and Europe. Other international shipping may incur slightly higher shipping costs depending on your location. You can request a shipping quote prior to ordering by contacting us at info@artistlane.com.au.

* Orders placed from New Zealand and Canada are manufactured in Australia and the United States respectively.

Shipping Times

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Your order is shipped direct from our production facility in Melbourne and every item is handmade to order. Time and care goes into custom making each product. Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing and packaging. Once dispatched, domestic shipments typically arrive within 3-7 business days, while international shipments may take slightly longer depending on your location.
During busy sales or festive periods, orders may take up to 14-21 business days to be dispatched.

Order Tracking

Track the journey of your order from our studio to your doorstep. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Order Pickup

Our address is 2/33-35 Breese Street, Brunswick VIC 3056. If you are a local and would prefer to pick up your order, please use code FREESHIP24 at checkout or let us know and we can refund you the shipping fee.

Damaged Artwork Policy

In the rare event of your artwork arriving damaged, we are committed to replacing it. Kindly notify us within 24 hours and provide photos of both external packaging damage and product damage. Email the photos to ops@artistlane.com.au, including your order number and name, to expedite the replacement process.
We will also provide a return shipping label for the damaged product and book a collection.

  • In most cases, we cannot deliver to PO boxes due to the size of our products.
  • Artist Lane cannot guarantee specific delivery timeframes after orders are shipped.
  • Allow up to 21 days for shipping to be completed during festive periods and busy sales.
  • Artist Lane is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
  • Free shipping is only offered to Artist Lane members in Australia.
  • An extra 2% of the order value is charged for all wholesalers shipping costs.
  • Additional shipping and importing fees may occur for other international regions.
  • International customers are responsible for the payment of their own customs fees.
